This was our first time buying a home. From the very beginning Sarah made us felt at ease about the entire process. She was very knowledgeable and a great communicator. There was no pressure to buy and she was always available when we were interested in seeing a house. During showings Sarah was always upbeat and just as excited as we were. We came across the house we wanted on Christmas Eve. Sarah worked with us through the night on Chrismas Eve and Christmas Day. For her to put the time in with us on those days really says a lot about her work ethic and meant a lot to us. We won't work with another real estate agent as long as we can work with Sarah. She is a hard worker,great at following up, and does a amazing job of finding solutions.

Worked incredibly hard for us on a difficult situation when selling our home to ensure all sides were satisfied! We were selling our home and she suggested reasonable things to improve the property value. Our buyer had a VA loan and despite the downfalls of this type of loan, she helped us take care everything remotely since we had already moved. Very easy to work with and very responsive!

Sarah is a great realtor and she really cares about her clients and we would definitely use her again. My husband and I were facing a cross country move with little children in the midst of a pandemic. We were overwhelmed, but Sarah helped us work out a reasonable timeline that make it easier for us to accomplish. Sarah helped us decide on some light renovation projects which ultimately brought competitive offers and a quick sale. Even though we had to leave town before listing, Sarah managed everything for us and went above and beyond when we had an issue arise. As someone who has sold 3 houses and bought 4 in the past 3 years-I have worked with a decent amount of realtors. Sarah was hands down the easiest to work with and met our EVERY need. She is the type of realtor who will stay up all night if it means finding you the “perfect” home. She took care of everything we needed, responded right away to every text, call, or email, and made our home buying experience so much less stressful. What a great change from FL., A realtor who looks out for their client, not themselves. She was always on time to a showing. always pointing things out (likes and blemishes). My daughter and I stumbled upon Sarah Aylward in 2016 when we were looking to buy in Bartlett, TN upon my daughter's transfer from Cincinnati. She did a fabulous job finding the perfect house. In 2018 my daughter took a job in Miami , FL Of course we chose Sarah, she sold the house for $10,000 more than we thought possible and assisted all along the way in photos, showing, and open house. Sarah was generous with her time and expertise, even gave my daughter a baby shower gift for my granddaughter born 2 months after the move.

Sarah is very kind and very helpful towards her clients. She makes herself very available and listens to the exact needs and desires of her clients to best suit their home search dreams!
