Our Story

Born and raised in Kansas City, we grew up a few blocks apart, within a charming neighborhood. We were close friends in high school, though our paths split, before rejoining years later.

After graduating college in Chicago, Sarah moved to New York City to earn her professional edge, through over a decade working in private equity, marketing & interior design.

Nick found his way to Memphis much sooner. With a degree in hospitality, he managed high-end local restaurants for nearly 20 years, including J Alexanders, River Oaks and Stoney River.

The stars had plans though. We met again. And in 2015 Nick convinced Sarah to make a cross country leap for love (an easy sell).

Sarah began her real estate career in 2016, earning awards for Multi-Million Dollar sales every year. And in 2022 she convinced Nick to make a career leap for love (an easy sell).

Now incredibly happy to have made Memphis home together — an exceptional place to raise our growing family.

Together we’ve helped over 200 local families to move and find their way home. Memphis, it turns out, is also an easy sell.
